About the Project
Three Waters Wind is an innovative wind project proposed for Jackson County, Minnesota and Dickerson County, Iowa that will have a capacity of approximately 300 megawatts of clean, renewable energy. The Three Waters Wind project is more than wind turbines – it represents a significant capital investment in Minnesota and Iowa. Once operational, it will create good-paying jobs and provide millions in additional revenue for landowners and the local community.
It is a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and the sun.
