About the Project

White Mesa Wind is an innovative wind project in Crockett County, Texas with a capacity of approxmately 500 megawatts of clean, renewable energy. The White Mesa Wind project is more than wind turbines - it represents a significant capital investment in Texas. It creates good-paying jobs and millions in additional revenue for landowners and the local community.

It is a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and the sun.
