Stephanie Rush is a Project Director at NextEra Energy Resources with over four years of experience in renewable energy development in Arizona. During that time, she has successfully developed and brought four projects to commercial operation, each actively delivering clean, homegrown energy to Arizona communities. Stephanie coordinates with team members, landowners, and local stakeholders to ensure project schedules are maintained through construction completion.

Stephanie grew up in South Florida and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is passionate about engaging with the communities she works in and building meaningful connections. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys hiking, golf, and traveling.
