Kelsey Joyce is a project manager for NextEra Energy Resources and is excited to be working on renewable energy projects. She enjoys working with landowners, county leaders and community members to bring homegrown energy, jobs and additional revenue to local communities. During her time off, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, going for hikes and baking.

Chelsey Lucas is a Project Developer working on solar and storage projects across Georgia to bring more affordable energy to communities. She collaborates with local officials, landowners and neighbors to make sure projects are a good fit and deliver real benefits. When she’s not working, Chelsey loves being outdoors, spending time on the water, cooking up new recipes, and traveling.
