About the Project

The Forgeview Energy Center is a 200-megawatt solar facility serving Mississippi County, Arkansas. The project represents a significant capital investment in Arkansas, generating millions in additional tax revenue for the local community. During construction, Forgeview created hundreds of jobs, and the facility continues to support ongoing operations and maintenance employment in the region.

It is a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America.
