Angelo Pirone is a development project manager at NextEra Energy Resources and has worked in the renewable energy sector for 1 year. He oversaw the development of the project and is currently developing renewable energy projects across Kansas. Prior to joining NextEra, he graduated from West Point and served as an artillery officer in the United States Army for 8 years. In his role, Angelo meets with stakeholders and landowners to discuss project specifics, timelines and the economic benefits projects can bring to communities. A fun fact about Angelo is he walked on to a JUCO basketball team in college.
