Newton Tsang is a senior project manager at NextEra Energy Resources (NEER), where he helps lead energy project development across Wyoming, working closely with local industries and communities. Before joining NEER, Newton served seven years on active duty as an armor officer in the U.S. Army, including three overseas deployments. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in human factors engineering.

A Long Island native, Newton now lives in Stuart, Fla., with his wife, Courtney, their two children, Theo and Allie, and their Irish doodle, KC. Having lived and worked in communities across the country, he is committed to open communication and community engagement, with a focus on helping residents understand project details, timelines and local economic benefits in Laramie, Cheyenne and surrounding areas.
