An Industry Leader

NextEra Energy Resources is the largest generator of solar energy in the country. The company co-owns and operates the Solar Electric Generating Systems (SEGS) in California's Mojave Desert. In all, the company operates solar facilities totaling about 575 megawatts.

We are currently developing various other solar thermal and solar photovoltaic energy projects. We will continue to evaluate additional solar energy technologies for opportunities as feasible.
